This cup warmer was designed as an assignment for Advanced Product Design Course. The problem statement was to design a device that was thermostatically controlled and capable of maintaining the drink at a steady temperature (preferably 165-degree Fahrenheit). However, the catch was to not use a fluid flow model coupled with a thermal model and instead estimate the correct properties for a fake coffee that would incorporate the convectional heat transfer in the model.

I believe this is a slightly tedious but very effective way to save computation time and memory to get good estimates.
